Job Title: UX Content Designer

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a UX Content Designer opportunity supporting digital banking experiences with a focus on clear, user-centered content across the payments and money movement space. Our team is seeking a collaborative professional who can partner with design, product, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders to create effective content solutions that improve the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, effective content for digital banking experiences and support subject matter expertise across assigned features.
• Partner with designers to apply UX writing best practices and integrate content strategy into the design process.
• Identify user problems and develop content solutions that support usability, consistency, and strong digital experiences.
• Collaborate with product, legal, risk, compliance, and content teams, and present content decisions to stakeholders in a clear and confident manner.

Required

• 2–4 years of UX Writing and/or UX Content Design experience.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with experience delivering content for digital experiences.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience working in regulated environments such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance.
• Ability to provide a design/work portfolio or portfolio links with submission, and respond to the screening question about passion for User Experience with a detailed response.
