Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 7+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-centric web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Translate business requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.
• Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency across products using established design systems and UI guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
• Identify UX issues and recommend improvements to enhance usability and customer experience.
• Maintain design standards, patterns, and reusable components.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Expertise in User Research, Wireframing, User Flows, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Visual Design.
• Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles.
• Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems and reusable UI components.
• Good knowledge of usability principles, accessibility, and UX best practices.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to design handoff and collaboration with frontend development teams.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic frontend development concepts.
• Experience with enterprise applications or complex digital products.
