Job Summary

Make complex AI interactions feel obvious. This is the hardest interface problem of the decade and it is mostly unsolved.

What you do

• Research enterprise pain points and turn them into product requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and flows that make AI legible
• Work directly with AI engineers on what the system can honestly promise
• Define and track success metrics, then iterate on what they say
• Balance business goals, technical limits, and what users actually need
• Facilitate design thinking workshops with stakeholders

What we're looking for

• 8-10 years of UX design, with real product depth
• Opinions about designing for systems that are probabilistic
• The ability to hold business, engineering, and user needs at once
