Job Description

Insight Global is an Ecommerce UX Designer for one of our fortune 500 clients. In this role, you will dive deep into complex e‑commerce purchase funnels, analyzing user behavior and identifying friction points that impact conversion and completion rates. You will design and iterate on multi‑screen flows including cart, checkout, and account creation, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma. You will work closely with a product manager and engineer on a small agile team, partnering throughout the full design lifecycle, from problem definition through implementation, while also spending significant time executing independently. The role is heavily hands‑on, with approximately 70% of time spent designing in Figma, 20% collaborating with cross‑functional partners, and 10% in agile ceremonies. This is a 12-month ongoing contract.
