Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to help design intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience, as well as freshers with a strong portfolio and understanding of UX principles, are encouraged to apply. Healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand user needs, business objectives, and project requirements.

· Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and basic usability studies.

· Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.

· Design intuitive and user-friendly website and application experiences.

· Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions.

· Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.

· Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across digital platforms.

· Maintain design documentation and contribute to continuous UX improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Up to 1 year of experience in UX/UI design; freshers with relevant skills and a portfolio are welcome.

· Knowledge of Figma and other relevant design tools.

· Understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability principles.

· Basic understanding of responsive design and accessibility.

· A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, internship, or professional design projects.

· Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate.

· Healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
