UX Designer for Innovative User Experiences in the Pharmaceutical Industry

We are seeking innovative and experienced Freelance Senior UX Designers to join Sanofi's cutting-edge R&D Accelerator design team in Paris.

As a key member of our design team, you will contribute to groundbreaking initiatives to revolutionize the pharmaceutical industry, automate processes, and enhance the productivity and quality of life for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric solutions

Collaborate with researchers to understand user problems and motivations

Collaborate with design strategists to align with business goals and user needs

Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills

Proficiency collaborating with research, strategy, and familiar with design thinking and user centric methodologies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Familiarity with Figma

Fluency in English (French is a plus)
