UX Research Analyst

About The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and user-centric UX Researcher with 2-4 years of experience to help us better understand our users and improve the overall product experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting user research, gathering insights, evaluating usability, and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to create intuitive and impactful digital experiences.

1. UX Research & Analysis:

• Execute user interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries, and usability testing.
• Analyze user behavior, pain points, and customer feedback.
• Create user personas, empathy maps, journey maps, and research reports.
• Translate research findings into actionable product and design recommendations.
• Support product discovery and feature validation through research.
• Analyze product usage data to identify behavioral patterns and user friction points.
• Support usability findings with quantitative metrics and analytics, alongside qualitative research insights.
• Interpret quantitative data and translate findings into actionable UX recommendations and business insights.

2. Usability Testing:

• Conduct usability testing on wireframes, prototypes, and live products.
• Identify usability issues and recommend practical improvements.
• Measure usability metrics and user satisfaction.
• Validate whether implemented solutions effectively solve user problems.

3. UX Quality Assurance (UX QA):

• Review developed screens against approved Figma designs.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of layouts, typography, spacing, colors, icons, and components.
• Validate responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Verify user flows, navigation, interactions, animations, and micro-interactions.
• Identify UI/UX inconsistencies and log detailed observations for the development team.
• Perform regression checks after fixes to ensure issues are resolved.
• Ensure consistency with the organization's Design System and UX standards.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve UX-related implementation gaps before production release.

4. Product & Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Participate in requirement discussions, design reviews, sprint planning, and release validation.
• Provide research-backed recommendations during product planning.
• Communicate UX issues and improvement opportunities effectively across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in UX Research, UX Analysis, UX QA, Product Design, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to analyze research data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Experience with research and survey tools such as Google Forms, Typeform, Maze, UserTesting, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
• Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
