UX UI Designer

Position Summary

We are seeking a UX / UI Designer with AI development experience and practical UX/UI design capability to join our digital delivery team. This role extends beyond traditional BA responsibilities—combining Agile analysis, AI-driven productivity, and user-centered design collaboration. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, validated, and delivered with quality.

• Candidates with 2-3 years of experience will be considered for the Business Analyst role.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Enabled Delivery & Solutioning

• AI-Assisted Documentation — Leverage generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot/Workspace) to accelerate BRDs, FSDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and stakeholder communication.
• AI Feature Ideation — Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation, LLM integration, predictive analytics, and workflow enhancement.
• AI Development Collaboration — Work closely with data engineers and ML engineers to validate model feasibility, define input/output structures, and support prompt engineering or model evaluation.
• AI Workflow Optimization — Continuously refine BA processes using AI utilities such as auto‑summaries, requirement extraction, mapping tools, and reusable prompt templates.

Core Agile Business Analysis

• Requirements Elicitation — Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Backlog Ownership — Write epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria (Given/When/Then). Maintain a prioritized and well‑groomed backlog.
• Technical Collaboration — Partner with architects and developers to validate feasibility, perform data mapping, and support integration/API requirements.
• Testing & Adoption — Support UAT execution, defect triage, and change management to ensure smooth user adoption.

UX/UI Collaboration

• User Flow & Wireframing — Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma, Miro, or Adobe XD.
• Design Alignment — Ensure UX/UI outputs align with business rules, user journeys, accessibility standards, and functional specifications.
• Usability Validation — Review prototypes and validate usability prior to development handoff.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• 2-3+ years of UX / UI experience in Agile delivery (consulting/vendor background preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• Hands-on AI development exposure, including:

  • AI-Driven UX Prototyping
  • AI Workflow Integration
  • Requirement Translation for AI Features

• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

• Strong analytical skills: root cause analysis, data mapping, structured problem solving.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

Preferred

• Practical UX/UI design experience (Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Canva).
• Familiarity with the AI Development Life Cycle (AIDLC).
