Thrivre is a Career Consulting Startup that helps Thai professionals design careers they actually want — from first internship to full career pivots.

This role is for you if:
🎨 You care about how things look and how they work — not just making things pretty
💻 You want real ownership of a live product, not a mock design brief
🎯 You're comfortable figuring things out with light direction

What you'll do:

• Design the UX/UI of our website — from user flow to visual polish
• Work in Framer (or Figma, then translate to Framer) to bring designs to life
• Collaborate with the Founder on brand consistency across web, content, and socials
• Iterate based on feedback from the Founder and real user behavior

You'll learn: how to design for a real, live business (not a case study), how design decisions tie to conversion and brand, what it's like to build a product end-to-end with a small team

Who you are:

• Studying or recently graduated in Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication, or related field
• Prior experience in Figma required; Framer experience a strong plus (we build our site on Framer)
• Portfolio required — show us how you think, not just how it looks
• No coding or web dev experience required — but good to have on the technical side
• Native Thai with good English
