UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. User Experience (UX) Design

* Conduct user research and understand customer needs.

* Develop user personas and customer journey maps.

* Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

* Improve usability and accessibility across all digital products.

* Validate designs through usability testing and user feedback.

2. User Interface (UI) Design

* Design visually appealing interfaces for mobile and web applications.

* Develop consistent design systems and UI components.

* Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

* Create high-fidelity mockups and production-ready design assets.

* Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

3. Product Collaboration

* Work closely with the Product Owner to understand product requirements.

* Participate in product planning and feature discussions.

* Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.

* Support sprint planning and product releases.

4. Design System Management

* Build and maintain the Mobility Platform Design System.

* Standardize typography, color palette, icons, buttons, and UI components.

* Ensure consistency across all application modules.

* Document design guidelines for developers.

5. User Testing & Continuous Improvement

* Conduct usability testing sessions.

* Analyze user feedback and behavior.

* Recommend design improvements based on user insights.

* Continuously optimize the customer experience.

6. Marketing & Brand Support

Support Marketing Team by designing:

* Landing Pages

* Campaign Visuals

* Digital Banners

* Social Media Graphics

* Product Presentation Materials

* App Store Screenshots

* Promotional Materials

Qualification

Education

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related fields.

Experience

* 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Design.

* Experience designing Mobile Applications (iOS/Android).

* Experience designing responsive web applications.

* Experience in Startup or Digital Platform businesses is preferred.

* Experience in Mobility, EV, FinTech, or SaaS platforms is an advantage.
