About the Role:

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our TradeQuo LATAM Marketing team in Medellín. We're seeking a creative, user-centered, and conversion-minded professional to take ownership of the user experience and interface design across our websites, landing pages, and digital marketing experiences. The role combines UX strategy, UI design, user flows, UX writing, landing page design, and conversion optimization, with an initial focus on improving the TradeQuo, X-Markets and EnterTrade websites. The ideal candidate turns business and marketing goals into intuitive, consistent, and high-performing digital experiences and works closely with Marketing and Development to bring them to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and maintaining websites, landing pages, popups, and web components across the TradeQuo and EnterTrade digital ecosystem.
• Identifying, prioritizing, and resolving existing UX/UI issues across the TradeQuo, X-Markets and EnterTrade websites.
• Defining and optimizing user flows to improve usability, clarity, and conversion.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Writing and refining UX copy, including microcopy, CTAs, forms, and popups.
• Building reusable web components and contributing to a consistent, scalable design system across digital properties.
• Preparing clear, developer-ready handoffs with specifications, assets, prototypes, and documentation.
• Collaborating with developers throughout implementation, reviewing builds, and ensuring design fidelity.
• Using analytics, user behavior, usability insights, and conversion data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Continuously optimizing existing pages based on performance and business priorities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, Web Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing websites, landing pages, responsive design, user flows, and prototypes, including examples of your design thinking, not only final visuals (required).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (required).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, information architecture, and UI design.
• Experience designing conversion-focused websites and landing pages.
• Experience working directly with developers and delivering developer-ready designs.
• Good understanding of UX writing and conversion-oriented copy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple digital properties.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work fully on-site in Medellín.
• Experience with CRO, A/B testing, web analytics, user research, HTML/CSS, lead-generation funnels, or fintech/financial services will be a big plus.
