Advocate for the importance of User Experience within the organization and educate teams on UX best practices.
Design user-centric solutions that meet both business objectives and user needs.
Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to address complex business and user challenges.
Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and accelerate development across platforms.
Identify UX issues and propose actionable solutions to relevant stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and incorporate user feedback, analytics, and usability findings to optimize the user experience.
Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate closely with two Scrum teams responsible for software maintenance and enhancement.
Conduct UX research using methods such as user interviews, surveys, competitor analysis, laboratory studies, and analytics evaluation.
