UX/UI Designer

POSITION TITLE: UX/UI Designer

LOCATION - Hybrid role, 3 days in office.

• Pittsburgh, PA 15222

Roles and Responsibilities

• Balance design strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs across multiple product areas.
• Identify user problems and business goals, map user journeys and workflows, and develop prototypes to demonstrate and validate interactions.
• Collaborate across teams to establish shared roadmaps and a unified vision for customer-focused outcomes.
• Guide and mentor designers by defining design objectives, setting goals, and establishing delivery timelines.
• Develop design frameworks, systems, and reusable components to deliver a consistent user experience across multiple products and touchpoints.
• Apply UI/UX expertise to enhance and evolve an established product.
• Ensure continuity between UX prototypes and the final end-user experience by reviewing development implementation and managing design approvals.
• Support user observation, research, and analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and improve usability and customer outcomes.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Portfolio submission required with resume.

Flex Skills / Nice to Have

• Experience developing design strategies.
• User journey mapping and workflow design.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
