UX/UI Designer

Front-End Developer (UI/UX)

6+ Month Contract | Sacramento, CA (100% Onsite) | W2 Only

No relocation assistance. Must be able to work onsite in Sacramento. No C2C, third-party vendors, or referral fees. This position is available only on a W2 basis through Ledgent Technology.

We're looking for a Front-End Developer with experience building production web applications from the ground up. You'll develop modern, user-friendly interfaces and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality web experiences.

Required Experience

• 5+ years building and shipping production web front ends
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with React, Vue, Angular, Blazor, or Web Components
• Design systems and reusable component development
• API integrations, including loading, error, validation, and empty states
• Form-heavy, transactional web applications
• Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Internationalization/localization
• Git-based development workflows

Nice to Have

• UI/UX design experience
• Wireframing, mockups, and prototyping
• User flows and usability testing
• Strong visual design skills including typography, spacing, and hierarchy
