About job

You will lead enterprise design system governance, conduct empirical usability testing with banking customers, and champion quantifiable friction reduction across critical customer touchpoints serving millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead human-centric product design across AEON's mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web platforms from concept to launch.
• Architect, scale, and govern the Enterprise Design System and Design Tokens in Figma in close alignment with frontend engineers.
• Design seamless user flows, interactive wireframes, micro-interactions, and pixel-perfect high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, in-depth interviews, and usability testing sessions with real consumers.
• Quantify and eliminate UX friction, streamlining application funnels, reducing drop-offs, and optimizing task completion times.
• Collaborate seamlessly with frontend engineers and BAs to design fidelity and seamless token handoff.
• Enforce accessibility best practices across all digital products in compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Arts, or related creative disciplines.
• 4–8+ years in professional UX/UI design for consumer mobile and web applications (strong portfolio required).
• Expert mastery of Figma: Auto Layout, Component Variants, Variables, Design Tokens, and Interactive Prototyping.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing user research, usability testing, and translating insights into iterative designs.
• Solid comprehension of frontend technical feasibility (React components, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design).
• Exquisite visual design sensibility, typography hierarchy, and obsession with user empathy.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-native design tools (such as Google Stitch or Figma AI) for rapid multi-screen concept exploration and prototyping.
• Experience designing FinTech, digital banking, lending, or high-volume consumer mobile platforms.
