Role & Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and implement pixel-perfect, responsive UIs from wireframes to production-ready components using modern design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user stories into intuitive, accessible interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• Build reusable component libraries and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Optimize user flows through A/B testing, usability studies, and analytics-driven iteration to boost conversion and retention.
• Integrate accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1+) and conduct audits to ensure inclusive design across all platforms.
• Partner with backend engineers to ensure front-end architecture supports scalable performance and seamless API integrations.
