UX/UI Supervisor (Mobile App)

Job Purpose

• We are looking for a UX/UI designer, who is able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as understand user pain points and need for Mobile and Web application.
• Then, be a part of product discovery unit to conduct customer research, prototyping, execute usability testing, analyze measurements for both before and after application release to improve better experiences of application for customers.
• The UX/UI Designer plays a key role in translating business requirements and user needs into intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces. Working in an Agile, cross-functional team, this role bridges the gap between users, business objectives, and technical implementation—contributing to product development from ideation to final execution.

Major Accountabilities

• Work closely with product discovery team, development team across Krungsri group to understand and deliver what customer needs.

• Able to capture requirements and develop UX/UI deliverables with standards & quality.

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers

• Conducting user research, competitor analysis and testing

• Interpret data and qualitative feedback

• Illustrate design ideas by developing wireframes/ UI mockups/ Prototypes and task flows based on user needs

• Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software

• Comply to UX/UI standard style eg. fonts, colors and images

• Able to recommend UX/UI, define and document new patterns for our established design system

• Be a part of agile (Scrum) development team which requires participation from product discovery until product reaches customer’s hand.

• Able to break down requirement/estimate effort and time in order to manage and deliver task within timeline.

• Perform fundamental UXUI process to turn software into easy-to-use product.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia design, human centered design or related fields.
• Direct working experience as a UX/UI Designer for more than 3 years.
• Proficient in Figma  (knowing auto layout is a plus) and Adobe Program.
• Experience with User interface design and some user experience design related.
• Gained experience with Mobile application design and web responsive design.
• Design Thinking, Google Design Sprint or related design methodology
• Rapid prototyping with paper or software such as Figma or Maze
• Understand and create persona and user journey through user research and data
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Has Visual design knowledge and skills for mobile and web
• Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
• Ability to work with user to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences

Work Location: KSPO Building, BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
