What they need
* Fabricate HVAC/VCD ducting and fittings as per approved drawings.
* Read and understand duct fabrication drawings and dimensions.
* Measure, mark, cut, fold, and assemble GI sheets accurately.
* Fabricate ducts, elbows, transitions, reducers, dampers, and other fittings.
* Operate duct fabrication machines and hand tools safely.
* Ensure proper dimensions, alignment, joints, and finishing of ductwork.
* Perform riveting, bolting, sealing, and assembling of duct components.
* Check fabricated items for quality and dimensional accuracy.
* Coordinate with the VCD Engineer and Foreman regarding fabrication requirements.
* Minimize material wastage and maintain production efficiency.
* Follow workshop safety procedures and use required PPE.
* Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the fabrication area.
* Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely.
* Rectify fabrication defects or dimensional issues when required.
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
