Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

About V-TUF

V-TUF is a growing UK brand specialising in professional pressure washers, vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and help us deliver consistently excellent service to our customers.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and accountable Warehouse Manager who can take ownership of daily operations, lead a team effectively and ensure everything runs smoothly.

This is a key management position, reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility for ensuring our warehouse is efficient, well-resourced and able to keep pace with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including goods in, stock control, picking, packing, dispatch and production support.
• Manage, motivate and develop the warehouse team, setting clear expectations and holding people accountable.
• Plan workloads, staffing and resources to meet changing customer demand.
• Ensure accurate stock management, warehouse systems and operational processes.
• Maintain high standards of quality, health & safety and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and other departments to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor performance, resolve issues promptly and drive continuous improvement.
• Take a practical, hands-on approach to supporting the team when required.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or operational teams.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong understanding of stock control, warehouse processes and systems.
• Confident communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, accountable approach with a commitment to following through on responsibilities.
