VA-Vehicle Geometry

Position: Vehicle Geometry Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of GD&T, stack up analysis and its application in vehicle
• Fit & Finish, Gap & Flush study
• Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools like 3D experience and NPDM
• CATIA V5 (3D/2D Drawings & Surfacing)

Key Requirement

• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CATIA
• Define and apply GD&T symbols and tolerance schemes according to international standards (ASME or ISO) to ensure proper form, fit, and function of parts
• Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and interference checks
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality control, CAE, and suppliers to resolve issues
• Verify that designs and drawings comply with global regulations, corporate standards, and quality requirements
• Liaison with manufacturing and assembly team for process improvement
• Good knowledge in fixtures design and assembly process
• Prepare and maintain technical and engineering documentation
• Strong problem-solving, project management & communication skills

Experience: 3-5 Years

Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
