Vacancy for Helpers

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Fit-Out Helper to assist skilled workers in interior fit-out and construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for supporting carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other technicians to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers with daily site activities.
• Carry, load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment within the site.
• Support installation works, including gypsum partitions, ceilings, flooring, and other interior fit-out activities.
• Assist in preparing surfaces for painting, plastering, and finishing works.
• Perform basic drilling, cutting, fixing, and assembling tasks under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the construction site.
• Remove debris, waste materials, and unwanted items from work areas.
• Assist with material shifting, stacking, and storage.
• Follow instructions from the site supervisor, foreman, and skilled technicians.
• Ensure proper handling and care of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Follow all company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Support the team in completing assigned tasks within project deadlines.
• Perform other general site duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in interior fit-out or construction work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work at different project sites across the UAE.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
