Hiring: *Accountant Executive* – The Bombay Skin Clinic (Mumbai)

* Locations: Lower Parel*

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Accounting Support:

Assist in recording daily transactions in Tally or accounting software

Maintain and update petty cash records and vouchers

Billing & Invoicing:

Generate invoices and receipts for patients

Track and follow up on pending payments

Data Entry & Documentation:

Organize and file bills, purchase orders, and vendor statements

Assist in preparing monthly reports and summaries

Bank & Vendor Coordination:

Assist in reconciling bank statements

Help coordinate with vendors for bills and payment clarifications

GST & TDS Support (as trained):

Support senior accountant in maintaining GST, TDS-related entries

Assist in preparation for audits or compliance checks

Who Can Apply?

B.Com / M.Com Graduate (or pursuing)

1–2 years of experience in accounting

Familiarity with Tally / Excel / basic accounting tools

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good communication & organizational skills
