Vacant Possession and Defect Management Team

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer inquiries, complaints and general feedback and respond in a timely manner.
• Prepare for VP handover documents according to VP preparation checklist.
• Attend all appointments for Vacant Possession (VP) handover, Join Inspection (JI), defects rectification, signoff by owner and any other appointments with the relevant parties for the defect rectification work.
• Ensure all defect complaints are managed in accordance to SOP, follow up and track the completeness of action within the timelines.
• Liaise with relevant departments or parties to manage issues and resolutions of the cases received.
• For general feedback (non-defects), channel it to relevant Person-In-Charge (PIC) or department for a reply or action to be taken, follow up and track the completeness of action until case closure.
• Produce weekly defect management report according to the portfolio assigned and highlight any urgent matters immediate superior for immediate resolution.
• Any other job responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in any disciplines.
• Candidate with developer background is an added advantage.
• Good command of English / Bahasa Malaysia and possess decent interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required.
• Possess own transport.
