Responsibilities

• Gather client vacation dates, interests, preferences, and budgets
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and transportation
• Compare suitable vacation options for client review
• Research tours, excursions, dining, and destination activities
• Explain availability, package inclusions, and booking conditions
• Coordinate selected arrangements with suppliers
• Review names, dates, schedules, and confirmations for accuracy
• Organize reservation information into clear itinerary summaries
• Assist with changes and special requests
• Provide preparation reminders and relevant booking updates
• Participate in destination and supplier training
