Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaners to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring each vacation rental property is spotless, sanitized, and guest-ready. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental units, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents.
• Handle cleaning supplies and chemical agents safely by following all safety data sheets (SDS) and handling procedures.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop floors, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized to meet sanitation standards.
• Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper technique to prevent injury.
• Restock amenities and supplies to ensure each property is fully prepared for incoming guests.
• Follow hotel housekeeping management protocols and emergency procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns related to cleanliness or property condition.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments preferred.
• Experience with hotel housekeeping management or vacation rental cleaning is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including chemical handling for different surfaces.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners.
• Understanding of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols related to sanitation and chemical handling.
• Strong manual handling skills with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping roles will help you excel in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Ideal for someone looking for flexible, occasional work and extra income. This is not a full-time position.

Additional Requirements:

● Reliable transportation

● Ability to work independently

● Good communication by text or phone

● Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required

Schedule:

● Flexible and based on guest bookings (Could be up 7 days a week)

● Most cleanings occur between 10 AM and 4 PM

● Advance notice is typically provided whenever possible but last minute notice could occur

• Will be an assistant until trained to go on jobs alone then rate will increase
• Should love to clean otherwise this is not the job for you . Trustworthy and honest.
• You will be provided with all supplies during training until you are capable of doing jobs alone which you will need have your own cleaning supplies but rate be increased.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 35.0 per week
