About the Role

We are seeking a Vacation Services Coordinator to support clients with travel planning, itinerary organization, and reservation coordination. This remote role involves assisting with travel arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service throughout the planning process.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects while communicating professionally with clients and travel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating travel arrangements based on client preferences
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Communicate with clients and travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details
• Organize itineraries and maintain accurate booking documentation
• Monitor travel plans and provide updates as needed
• Ensure planning tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines
• Maintain professional communication throughout the client experience

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or travel planning is preferred
• Comfortable using email, calendars, and online platforms
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
