工作职责:

Job Summary  The Vacuum Product Engineer position is a key role in the Engineering Department to support engineering activities related to vacuum pump products, including i2V cost reduction initiatives, product localization projects, order engineering execution, and LCE technical support.

 Key objectives include supporting planned savings, product localization projects, order-specific engineering design, product improvements, and quality issue resolution to contribute to business growth and operational excellence.

 Good engineering knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support cost reduction projects, focusing on continuously generating actionable ideas to achieve planned savings and support business growth.
• Support the sales quoting process and, upon order confirmation, support order-specific engineering design. Main product structure remains unchanged, with minor configuration adjustments only.
• Participate in engineering activities in localization projects through IRPDP process, working closely with Project Manager and cross-functional teams to meet MRD requirements and QDC targets, including product concept design, engineering builds, design validation, and preparation for new product launch.
• Provide timely technical support and solutions for quality issues arising in the plant or at customer sites.

任职条件:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Vacuum Technology, Compressor Technology, or related fields.
• Good theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing, including casting, machining, and assembly processes.
• Candidates with experience in numerical calculations such as thermodynamics, CFD, and FEA with practical application scenarios are preferred.
• Candidates should have the spirit of researching technology and good learning ability, and be able to expand technologies in both depth and breadth.
• Good data management and analytical skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent English level in writing and reading. Ability to conduct productive oral conversation is a plus.
• Familiarity with vacuum equipment, such as Liquid Ring Pumps, Vane Pumps, Roots Pumps, Dry Screw Pumps, Claw Pumps, Oil-Lubricated Screw Pumps, or similar products, is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Lean tools, DFMEA, and Six Sigma tools is a plus.
