We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Valet Attendant(around the age of 20-28) to join our dynamic team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated parking areas using manual transmission vehicles when necessary
• Safely operate vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety protocols
• Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request, delivering excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
• Maintain organized parking areas, ensuring smooth flow of traffic and efficient use of space
• Communicate clearly with guests regarding vehicle procedures, directions, or any special instructions
• Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, including parking fees or tips, demonstrating strong cashiering skills
• Assist with general guest inquiries and provide information about the facility or services offered

Qualifications

• Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is highly desirable
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and confidently in parking areas
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele more effectively
• Experience as a delivery driver or retail associate involving cash handling and retail math is advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional appearance
