Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with parking their vehicles efficiently and safely
• Operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles with confidence and precision
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing tips and parking fees
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly
• Safely maneuver vehicles in outdoor environments, including heavy lifting when necessary for vehicle handling or equipment setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area to uphold a professional appearance
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate standard passenger cars, including manual transmission models
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
• Experience in automotive service or delivery driving is advantageous
• Cash handling experience, including cashiering and retail math skills, is desirable
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guest populations
