About the role

Responsible for providing professional and courteous valet services to guests by managing vehicle parking, ensuring vehicle safety, and maintaining smooth traffic flow within the villa premises.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and parking arrangements.
• Ensure all vehicles are handled carefully and securely at all times.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide directions when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the parking area.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Security, and Butler teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Report any vehicle damage, incidents, or security concerns immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance, courteous attitude, and high standards of guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
