Valet Operator (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee and coordinate a remote valet team of 15. This role involves managing customer interactions, scheduling services, and ensuring smooth operations during night shifts.

Responsibilities

Supervise, manage, and support a team of 15 valet drivers to ensure efficient deployment aligned with customer requests

Coordinate customer communications via phone and WhatsApp to schedule valet services professionally and promptly

Plan and adjust team schedules to maintain optimal coverage during peak demand hours

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues quickly to maintain service quality

Monitor team performance, attendance, and customer feedback to uphold service excellence

Prepare and deliver daily operational reports and updates to management

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Maintain a stable remote work setup with reliable internet and a quiet environment to ensure uninterrupted coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience of at least 1 year in operations, customer service, or logistics management, or a strong willingness to learn

Proficiency in using WhatsApp and Microsoft Office (Excel) for communication and reporting

Strong leadership skills to motivate and coordinate a remote team effectively

Problem-solving skills to handle customer requests and unexpected challenges resourcefully

Fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate clearly with customers and team members
