Top Percent Valet is hiring motivated, hardworking, and dependable Valet Parking Attendants to join our growing team in Westport, Connecticut!

Our operation runs 7 days a week, offering full-time and part-time scheduling opportunities. We're looking for reliable team members who can contribute to a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and handle customers' vehicles.
• Greet guests professionally and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Maintain an organized and efficient parking operation during busy shifts.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Follow proper vehicle key management and ticketing procedures.
• Work quickly and efficiently without compromising safety or customer service.
• Assist fellow attendants to ensure smooth operations and minimize customer wait times.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout every shift.
• Take accountability for assigned responsibilities and follow company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Adequate driving experience and confidence operating a variety of vehicles.
• Hustler's mentality: Self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage vehicle keys, parking arrangements, and multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills: Comfortable interacting with customers, teammates, and management.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in high-pressure situations.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts throughout the week, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
