Valet Parking Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Valet Parking Operations Manager to lead and oversee all valet and parking operations of Areen Hospitality Company across current and future projects in Bahrain, including mixed-use developments serving both commercial tenants and residential owners. The role is responsible for delivering a safe, efficient and premium parking experience while managing staff, stakeholder relationships, parking agreements and daily operational performance.

Operations

• Take overall charge of all company valet and parking operations, including all current

sites and any new projects awarded.

• Ensure smooth vehicle drop-off, parking and retrieval for commercial and residential

users across all sites.

• Lead the mobilisation and setup of new parking projects, including staffing, SOPs and

systems.

• Develop and enforce SOPs for key control, vehicle handling, damage inspection and

incident reporting.

• Plan shift schedules and staffing levels based on site traffic, tenant and resident

needs, and peak hours.

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain service, safety and appearance

standards.

People Management

• Recruit, train and supervise valet supervisors, drivers and cashiers.
• Deliver training on customer service, safe driving and vehicle care standards.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming and conduct.

Stakeholder Liaison &

Parking Agreements

• Liaise with developers and facility management teams from time to time on

operational matters, access, site changes and service improvements.

• Manage individual parking agreements between the company and commercial

tenants (companies) and residential owners.

• Maintain accurate records of allocated bays, agreement terms, renewals and

payments.

• Ensure agreed parking entitlements are honoured and resolve any disputes promptly.

Customer Relations

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, residents and visitors on all parking

matters.

• Handle customer complaints and vehicle damage claims professionally and promptly.
• Prepare regular service reports for management and stakeholders.

Financial & Compliance

• Take full responsibility for achieving the annual operating budget and revenue

targets.

• Control operating costs and manage revenue collection, cash handling and ticketing

systems.

• Track KPIs such as retrieval times, customer satisfaction and incident rates.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain traffic regulations, LMRA requirements and

insurance obligations.

• Coordinate with insurance providers on claims and coverage.

Experience Minimum 3 years in valet or parking operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Bahrain / GCC experience strongly preferred.

Licence Valid Bahraini driving licence (or ability to obtain one).

Languages Excellent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Technical Well Familiarity with valet management software and ticketing systems.
