(校招) Validation Engineer/芯片验证工程师 - BG ICS

该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION OVERVIEW: The Validation Engineer is a key role in the product R&D phase. In this role, you will be responsible for validating power and Logic IC products in a lab-bench environment. You will work closely with system, design, application, and test teams to define validation strategies, build the required validation hardware, software, and interfaces, and develop efficient, automated validation platforms to ensure that chip products meet functional, performance, and reliability requirements before release.

What You Will Gain End-to-end exposure to IC development and validation cycle, including lab verification and automated test platform setup. Mentorship from senior hardware and chip design engineers, and hands-on project experience in power and Logic semiconductor development KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform system level functional validation and parametric characterization for Power and Logic IC products.
• Create Validation plan and setup bench for each validation item.
• Improve validation automation capability.
• Debug Validation issue to figure out the root cause and solution.
• Analyze validation data and generate validation report.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to device success. 职位要求： SKILLS /COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor ‘s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, power electronics or related field.
• Strong hardware background can design and develop schematic and PCB layout.
• Strong software background, can code with programming language: LabVIEW/Test Stand, plus with C#, Python, C.
• Strong hands-on ability with debugging skills.
