Job Description

The Quality Assurance Engineer will support validation readiness for SAP S/4HANA systems, integrations, and data migration, with a focus on validation strategy, testing, and test automation. The role will develop and execute software test plans, automated scripts, and validation activities to ensure GxP system functionality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop validation plans, test scripts, automation scripts, and test strategies for SAP S/4HANA, integrations, and data migration.
• Implement test automation using Tricentis tools, including qTest, Tosca, and Vera.
• Support requirements reviews, risk assessments, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) creation.
• Execute system, integration, data migration, and UAT testing activities.
• Support risk-based validation aligned with CSA principles and project timelines.
• Collaborate with SAP SMEs and implementation partners to resolve testing and validation issues.
• Develop scalable validation assets and support GxP system lifecycle management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in SAP validation or ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis or similar test automation tools.
• Experience with CSA methodologies and GxP compliance.
• Strong knowledge of the validation lifecycle for large enterprise systems.
