Validation Officer

We’re looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Validation Officer to join our team and help us continue producing safe, high‑quality pharmaceutical products.

About the role
As a Validation Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, strong knowledge of validation principles, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to support reliable, compliant operations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, execute, and document validation protocols for new and existing manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Ensure that all validation activities are in compliance with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
• Prepare and review validation documentation, including DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, reports, and change controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to validation processes, equipment, and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality departments to ensure smooth completion of validation tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes related to validation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a validation role; experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with change control, risk assessments and validation protocols such as DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ.
• Knowledge of HACCP, QRM, Cleaning Validations and Process Validations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to work effectively within the team.
