What they need
- Perform end-to-end verification process for assigned exceptional transaction within the specified turnaround time.
- Ensure timely and accurate adjustments of validated transactions through the ETC portal to subscribers’ accounts.
- Report system interruptions or failures to supervisor immediately.
- Complete all necessary reports by the end of the shift.
- Provide recommendations for addressing escalated concerns.
- Consistently meet turnaround time and service level agreement (SLA) targets for Verification
- Coordinate with Toll supervisor and plaza associates when necessary.
- Review passage transactions with complaints as assigned by the supervisor.
