About the Company

Aspion Search is recruiting for a Validation Technician to join an established, growing business. They provide testing and validation services for cleanrooms, containment facilities and laboratories.

The company works on high profile, regulated projects across the UK, including pharmaceutical sites. The Validation Technician will be working a large validation and mobile service engineering team; you will work alongside other engineers in a collaborative environment supported by experienced technical leadership.

Responsibilities of the Validation Technician

• Carry out testing and validation of cleanrooms, laboratories and controlled environments.
• Undertake LEV and fume cupboard testing.
• Complete containment and isolator testing.
• Carry out particle counting, environmental monitoring and microbial counting.
• Perform filter condition checks, filter changes and filter integrity testing.
• Prepare accurate test reports and validation documentation.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on customer sites.
• Travel across the UK, staying away overnight as required.

Requirements of the Validation Technician

• P601 qualified
• Experience within validation, containment or controlled environments
• Experience in LEV testing
• A methodical approach to testing, reporting and fault identification
• A full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay away when required
