- Degree in Property/Estate Management.
- Proficient in both written & spoken English.
- Posses valid driving licence and own transport.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- To inspect property to evaluate construction,condition,special feature, functional design, and to take property photographs and measurement.
- Evaluate land and neighborhoods where properties are situated, considering locations and trends or impending changes that could influence future values.
- Prepare detail valuation reports.
Training provided for fresh graduates.
Attractive remuneration comprising of fixed salary, bonus and medical insurance will be provided.
