Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Executive at Jurunilai Bersekutu located in Puchong, Selangor . The Valuation Executive will be responsible for conducting real estate appraisals and valuations. They will also interact with clients, provide customer service, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Valuer: Experience or certification in real estate related fields
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills
• Real Estate Appraisal: Knowledge and experience in real estate appraisal
• Valuation: Proficiency in property valuation techniques
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Relevant Qualification: Degree in a related field (e.g., real estate, property management)
