Valuation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide property valuation services (including verbal valuation and issue formal valuation reports) to the Bank’s business units and other internal departments;
• Conduct market research, site inspections and data analysis to determine accurate property market values;
• Handle internal enquiries and land search requests;
• Prepare and check statistics report;
• Revise internal guidelines and documents according to regulatory updates.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Surveying, Valuation Real Estate or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of property valuation experience;
• Member of HKIS or RICS will be given priority consideration;
• Team player with good communication skills and time management skills;
• Able to work with high accuracy and under pressure;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Valuation Manager.
