What they need
- Conduct site inspections for Real Estate, Machineries, Vehicles, etc.
- Check property boundaries based on land titles
- Prepare appraisal reports exhibiting high level of technical expertise conforming to professional and company standards
- Perform analysis of property information and responsible to update database
- Analyze technical project proposals
- Responsible for securing/verifying documents and information from various government agencies
- Maintain pleasant relationships with agents, customers, and co-workers
- Base location will be in Cebu / Visayas Area but not limited to other location to do property inspections
- Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time
