Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Valuation Report Drafter to join our property valuation team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and professional property valuation reports based on site visit information and inputs received from field engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft property valuation reports using company templates and formats.
• Review site visit sheets, field engineer notes, photographs and property details.
• Enter and verify property information accurately in valuation reports.
• Coordinate with field engineers to clarify missing or incomplete information.
• Review reports for accuracy, formatting and completeness before submission.
• Make corrections and revisions based on internal or client requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, clients and internal teams regarding report-related queries.
• Track pending reports and ensure timely completion as per required TAT.
• Maintain proper records of valuation reports and supporting documents.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in property valuation report drafting.
• Previous experience with a property valuation company will be preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand property-related information and technical documents.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Working Details

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday + Last Sunday of the Month
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
