Valuation Senior - Project

Job Summary:

• Conduct legal reviews and due diligence on projects
• Gather, analyze, and process information
• Inspect the subject property and collect data to serve as the basis for valuation estimates
• Analyze and develop financial models for the asset or project feasibility assessments
• Prepare valuation reports and certificates
• Present and justify valuation results

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, supervise, and take responsibility for the outcomes of completed valuation reports.
• Conduct research to mitigate valuation risks; properly safeguard and maintain records of all valuation outputs across different periods and stages.
• Ensure compliance with company standards regarding productivity, quality, and file processing timelines.

Requirements:

• University or College graduate specializing in Valuation, Real Estate, or Finance & Banking.
• Proficiency in English communication; preference given to candidates with CFA Level 1 (or higher) or a professional asset valuation certification.
• Solid understanding of the real estate market and relevant laws (including laws on pricing, land, and other related regulations).
• Knowledge of finance and certification in financial modeling.
• Good health and the ability to work under high pressure.
