ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspection of Property Valuation (Commercial/ Residential / Industrial Etc.), checking Built up area (temporary/ permanent separately), Plot area etc.
• Finalize valuation reports.
• Analyze approved plans/Bye Laws and verify whether construction is as per approved plan/bye laws.
• Person will be responsible for the quality of valuation reports estimated market values.
• Resolve queries of the clients regarding valuation reports.
• Adhere to banks- Risk/credit/technical team s guidelines.
• Utilize strategically methodologies for project appraisal.

Relevant Experience
