Value Chain Manager

About the role

Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain coordination between Indonesia and Singapore, facilitating communication, alignment, and collaboration across both regions. The role involves identifying opportunities to enhance supply chain processes, implementing improvements to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and working closely with the commercial team to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain coordination between Indonesia and Singapore
• Facilitate communication, alignment, and collaboration across both regions
• Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain processes within Indonesia
• Implement improvements to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the commercial team to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
• Collaborate on demand forecasting and order fulfilment
• Execute customer service functions, including data entry
• Respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests from customers
• Address and promptly resolve logistics-related complaints from customers
• Facilitate product certification processes required for local compliance

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience leading supply chain or value chain functions, with a strong track record in delivering customer-focused solutions and service excellence
• Proven track record in making significant contributions towards developing and improving supply chain processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in report writing and presentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
