Can you turn complex transformation plans into delivered outcomes?

We’re looking for a hands-on delivery leader to own a major business value stream within a large corporate transformation programme.

Bringing together business, process, SAP and wider application teams, you’ll drive delivery from process design through detailed solution design and build.

The role:

• Own the value stream’s plan, priorities, milestones and delivery pace.

• Manage dependencies, resolve blockers and drive timely decisions.

• Align functional leads, architects, product owners and delivery teams.

• Personally develop plans, shape deliverables and prepare decision materials.

• Keep business priorities at the centre of practical delivery decisions.

What you’ll bring:

• Significant delivery responsibility across several major transformation programmes.

• Experience taking work from design into implementation within complex organisations.

• Confidence challenging senior stakeholders and connecting business and technology teams.

• A pragmatic, commercially aware approach and the willingness to get into the detail.

• The resourcefulness to deliver with a lean supporting team.

Supply chain fulfilment experience, ideally within an SAP S/4HANA environment , would be highly beneficial. Exposure to order management, logistics, warehousing or service and project fulfilment would also be valuable.

Deep functional expertise isn’t essential. You’ll need to connect the issues, ask the right questions and bring in the right specialists.
