Value Stream Manager (production management)

• Ensure that production is organized in accordance with production process specifications, work instructions, and other relevant documents;
• Ensure that production records are truthful, accurate, complete, timely, and traceable;
• Organize and implement the maintenance and upkeep of plant facilities and equipment to ensure they remain in good working order;
• Ensure that employees in this department have received training and possess the knowledge and practical skills required for their positions;
• Be responsible for other activities related to product manufacturing.
• Review and approval of recipes, production orders and work instructions in accordance with GMP and QS.
• Ensure high product quality by implementing the guidelines, the specifications of the quality assurance system

• Bachelor’s degree or above in medical device-related field
• At least eight years of experience in medical device production or quality management.
• Extensive experience in development or manufacturing materials, as well as their various applications.
