Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Completes all allocated valuations to a highquality, in a professional manner, within required timeframes, and inaccordance with company requirements and client instructions.
• Responsible for meeting personal annual feeproduction goals.
• Must involve in day-to-day site visits asassigned by the manager
• Should perform property due diligence & marketresearch
• Assists in procurement, development and day-to-daymanagement of clients.
• Develops a thorough working knowledge of all systemsneeded to support the valuation process and generate valuation reports.
• Participates in team meetings and collaborates bysharing ideas and information with others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient,timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectivelypresent information.

Requirements

• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability tocalculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/orcommissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
• Ability to comprehend, analyses, and interpret documents. Ability tosolve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediateanalytical and quantitative skills.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. Experience with sketching software and valuation/appraisaldatabase and reporting software. Abilityto work autonomously and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
• Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies toachieve set results and deadlines.
