VALVE ASSEMBLER

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Valve Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting various types of valves used in industrial applications. Your expertise in Valve Assembly, interpreting & memorizing is a must. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of reliable, durable industrial equipment while working in a dynamic environment. Our Precision type of Valves are for the Aerospace, Oil Field, Hydrogen Cars, Energy Saving equipment, etc.

Duties

• Assemble valves according to detailed schematics, and manufacturing instructions using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
• Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to determine assembly sequences and specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure components meet quality standards.
• Read Spec Sheet, Procedures & Catalog to properly assemble and troubleshoot valve components.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, quality control reports, and inspection records.
• Adhere to safety protocols related to industrial equipment.

Experience

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Skilled in using precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring devices for quality control.
• Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed assembly instructions.
• Knowledge in different type of bar stock materials. Example- 316 s/s , Monel, Carbon Steel, etc.
• Experience with hand tools.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
